TW SPECIAL MENU ITEMS

Starting today we have chicken and sausage gumbo. Made with a very dark roux and the warm and savory spices you would expect from a hometown Cajun. This is my family's recipe that we have been making more years than we're talking about. I hope everyone can enjoy it.

Chicken and Sausage gumbo

TORTILLAS

10 tortillas per pack of all the unique and innovative flavors that Anchorage loves.

Chocolate Tortilla

A combination of cocoa, arbol, and cinnamon. It goes well with anything sweet or savory.

Cheezy Garlic Tortilla

10 packs. One package of tortillas contains 10 taco-size tortillas.

Classic Tortilla

Hand-pressed traditional tortilla made fresh every day. One package of tortillas contains ten taco-size tortillas.

Curry Tortillas

10 packs. These are 100% whole wheat made with Atta. It is the Indian version of a tortilla. These are very healthy and with the added curry oil, they have a wonderful flavor. One package of tortillas contains ten taco-size tortillas.

Southwest Tortillas

10 pieces per pack. Combination of different chiles with garlic and cumin. This is the biggest seller.

TACO FILLINGS TO-GO

You have your tortillas, but what are you going to have with them at home. Well Anchorage solved this through this community driven section that allows you to pick your choice of any type of filling that we have on site to make tacos at home. This is kept refrigerated at the store so that it will be fresh when you get it home.

INDIVIDUAL TACOS

One taco with your choice of beef, chicken, or potato as a savory taco filler that can be paired with your favorite tortilla. Either Plain, Cheezy Garlic, Southwest, Chocolate, or a Curry Roti.

ENCHILADAS

Beef Enchilada with Texas Red Chile Sauce

Smoky red chile enchilada sauce with deeper flavors than the traditional red enchilada sauce. It is wrapped in a Southwest Tortilla with Monterrey jack cheese and beef. Served with rice and beans.

Beef Texas Red Take and Bake

You get eight Southwest beefy and cheesy enchilada rolls that have been carefully prepared to be ready to accept the Texas red chilli sauce that is completed with the Monterey Jack cheese. This family meal gives you 8 total enchiladas!!

Tortillaworks Nachos Loco
